Growing up in a family where photography was a cherished tradition, I was inspired by my father, who captured every moment of our sports games with passion and precision. This early exposure ignited my love for the art form. After completing my collegiate basketball career at Wichita State University, where I earned a degree in Business Administration, I channeled that inspiration into pursuing photography professionally. Self-taught with the invaluable guidance of my father's equipment and expertise, I began my journey specializing in sports photography—a natural fit given my lifelong involvement in athletics.

In 2019, the birth of my baby girl marked a profound shift in my focus. Welcoming her into the world deepened my appreciation for family milestones, leading me to embrace family photography and the joy of documenting families as they grow. This evolution sparked my passion for newborn sessions, which soon expanded to include birth, maternity, and beyond—allowing me to preserve the most tender and transformative moments in life.

Today, as the owner of OneShot Photography and an award-winning photographer based in Branson, Missouri, I proudly serve families throughout Southwest Missouri and the surrounding areas.
